The rivalry between “Sugar” Rashad Evans and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has been building for quite some time now… and for a while, we weren’t sure if the fight was ever going to happen. Luckily for us fans, the fight is back on and we’ll see Evans vs. Jackson at UFC 114 on May 29th, 2010. The winner of this fight *should* go on to face a dangerous Maurico “Shogun” Rua for the Light Heavyweight Title. Needless to say, there is a lot at stake in this fight for both fighters.

It’s awesome to see athletes like Rashad Evans appearing in advertising campaigns this large. What it does for the sport of MMA is huge. Even the guys at Techcrunch, a blog about new web technologies and companies, mentioned the “Sugar” man in a most recent blog post.

There has been a bunch of speculation about what in the world Rashad Evans had on his walkout t-shirt. It wasn’t a shirt bearing logos from all of his sponsors, it was a simple image of a mug shot of Microsoft whiz kid Bill Gates being booked in Albuquerque, NM for a traffic violation. Classic!

Hostility Clothing recently announced Chuck Liddell as an addition to their MMA roster alongside Frank Mir, Chris Leben and Michael Bisping. Liddell will enter the ring against Rashad Evans at UFC 88. The all extreme sports clothing company also released a small collection of new t-shirts and most recently found its way into most local Champs retail stores.
